Thermal Printing – How does it work?

Direct thermal printing works by producing an image on special thermo graphic paper, by heating the specially coasted label feed as it passes over the thermal print head. The image turns black where the heat is applied; some thermal receipt printers which we supply also allow red printing by applying a different heat temperature.
